Program Card for Hobbywing ESC only
Item# ESC-HW-P-CARD
Sale price: USD$11.00

Product Description

With HOBBYWING¡¯ s Program Card, you can easily set the programmable value of Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) for brushless motor. Now you can just forget the complicated and boring programming method with the throttle stick on your transmitter.

HOBBYWINGTM  Program Card has a friendly user interface and is easy to use. It is as small as a business card, so you can put it in your pocket when you are on field.

SPECIFICATION:
  • 1.1.  Size: 92mm*52mm*6.3mm (length*width*height)
  • 1.2.  Weight: 26g(With a extension cable for connecting Program Card to ESC)

  • 2. USER MANUAL
    2.1. FRONT PANEL
    Remark:
          • 2.1.1.       Use ¡°up/down¡± button to select programming item, use ¡°left/right¡± button to select item value;
          • 2.1.2.       Brake: When ¡°Brake ¡± is ON, the motor will stop quickly after the throttle stick is moved to bottom;
          • 2.1.3.       Low Voltage Protection Mode (Cutoff Type)£ºWhen ¡°Soft-Cut¡± is selected, the ESC will reduce the output power gradually; When ¡°Cut-Off¡± is selected, the ESC will immediately cut off the output power to motor.
          • 2.1.4.       Low Voltage Protection Threshold (Cutoff Voltage)£º
      • For Li-xx battery (Li-ion or Li-poly)£¬number of battery cells are judged automatically£¬Low / Medium / High cutoff voltage of each cell are: 2.6V/2.85V/3.1V. For example: 3 Cells Li-Poly, when ¡°Medium¡± cutoff voltage is set, the cutoff voltage is: 2.85*3=8.55V
      • For Ni-xx battery (NiCad or NiMH), Low / Medium / High cutoff voltages are 0%/45%/60% of the startup voltage. For example: when a 10 cells NiMH battery pack is used, its fully charged voltage is 1.44*10=14.4V, when medium cutoff voltage is set, the cutoff voltage is : 14.4*45%=6.5V
          • 2.1.5.       Music: 4 LEDs has 16 possible states, representing 16 rhythms. (For ESC supports above 6S Lipo, these 4 LEDs are used to indicate the cells number of your Lipo battery pack)
        • 2.2.        CONNETING PROCESS:
          • 2.2.1.       Disconnect the power pack from ESC;
          • 2.2.2.       Disconnect the BEC cable from receiver, then connect it to program card;
          • 2.2.3.       Connect the power pack to ESC;
          • 2.2.4.       The LEDs on program card will light, shows the current programmable value of the ESC;
    Remark: THE SEQUENCE OF STEP 2.2.2 AND STEP 2.2.3 IS IMPORTANT! Please connect the BEC cable to program card firstly, and then connect the power pack to ESC. Otherwise, the program card cannot work properly.
        1. 2.3.        OPERATION:

    Press ¡°up/down¡± button, you can select the programmable item, the corresponding LED will flash. Then press ¡°left/right¡± button to select the item value, the flashing LED presents the value you have selected. Finally, press ¡°OK¡± button, the blue LED will flash, means the new setting value is transmitted to ESC. When the data transmission is finished, the blue LED stop flashing and the brushless motor begins to play music, that means the new settings are accepted.

     2.4.        MUSIC LIST:

    ¡ñ= LED is lighting
